Benefits are provided on a best-efforts basis and may vary during the membership period.
Subscribers may cancel future recurring billing at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period.
3A. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By purchasing a recurring subscription, membership, portfolio plan, promotional package, or any other automatically renewing service offered by Forks N' Roses, you expressly authorize Forks N' Roses and its third-party payment processors to charge the payment method provided at the applicable renewal interval until cancellation.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing and payment information.
Recurring charges may continue until the subscription or membership is canceled in accordance with the cancellation procedures made available by Forks N' Roses.
Failure to receive, review, or acknowledge renewal notices, billing reminders, invoices, receipts, email communications, or other notifications shall not invalidate authorized recurring charges.
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges only and does not entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period or for services already commenced.
Forks N' Roses reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, membership benefits, service features, or renewal terms upon reasonable notice to customers. Continued use of the service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or terms.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Maryland.

Customers agree to contact Forks N' Roses directly to seek resolution of any billing concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.
Submission records, communications, publication records, promotional activity logs, website records, internal administrative records, and other business records may be used as evidence that services were performed or commenced.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel any contractual obligations under these Terms.
18. PUBLICATION SCHEDULES
Publication dates, promotional schedules, social media postings, website features, editorial releases, and marketing activities are estimates only and may be modified, delayed, postponed, rescheduled, accelerated, or adjusted at the sole discretion of Forks N' Roses.
Such scheduling changes shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and shall not entitle customers to refunds.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions, communications, representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the Services.
